Terms of Service
These terms apply to notebooklm-guide.com and to the digital products sold through it. By using the site or buying a product you accept them.
What this site is
NotebookLM Guide publishes independent guides, prompts, and workflow systems for AI research and knowledge work. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other company whose products it writes about. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Content is guidance, not advice
The guides describe methods that have worked in practice. They are not legal, medical, financial, academic, or professional advice, and outcomes depend on your own sources, judgement, and the AI tools you use.
AI tools change frequently. We date our claims and correct them when they change, but you should verify anything that matters against the vendor's own current documentation.
Purchases and licence
Products are one-time purchases with permanent access, delivered digitally. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged by Stripe.
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own work, including commercial work you do yourself. It does not grant the right to resell, republish, redistribute, share access with others, or use the material to train or fine-tune a model.
Team and institutional use requires a separate arrangement. Email help@notebooklm-guide.com.
Refunds
Digital products are generally nonreturnable after successful delivery. Requests involving duplicate charges, failed delivery, inaccessible files, or rights required by applicable law are reviewed individually. See the refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass payment, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or republish substantial portions of the content. Free prompts published on the site may be used in your own work without attribution; the paid libraries may not be redistributed.
Availability
The site is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, move, or retire pages. Where a page moves we try to redirect it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the date below, and the terms in force at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
